Our first Japanese Munro!
OK, so they don’t know what a ‘Munro’ is in Japan but at 1,920m Mt. Furano definitely qualifies…
And while they might not know what to call their mountains, they know how to look after their climbers. At the bottom of the mountain they had a volcanic hot spring as a well earned reward. Now that’s something Scotland could learn about mountain climbing!
