So, Adam turned 30 a couple of days ago on the 27th Feb, and quite frankly we’ve been too busy enjoying ourselves to blog anything for a while.
But just for those of you who think he may have lost it at 30, here is some proof that he’s as sharp a dresser as he always was!
The Chef has been on the worlds longest non-stop train journey, in the worlds biggest city, on the worlds longest wall…
but now we move to another level… 10,000ft to be precise, as the Chef climbs some sacred mountains in China, and takes some timeout to train as a Terracotta warrior.
Does that sound amazing? Of course it does! Click here or click on the pic

It’s been a while since we’ve blogged anything, but you know, this not having jobs and travelling the world lark keeps us pretty busy!
Anyway, to mark our return to proper blogging after escaping censorship-tastic China, here are some pice of our last 3 weeks in China and a few from our first week in Vietnam.

So there we were, just walking down the street in Beijing minding our own business when the man, the legend, Mr Jackie Chan just appeared in front of us.
And what a nice guy he was, he even posed for a picture holding his own camera, the cheeky devil.
So we were in a shopping mall in Shanghai and we thought they were getting ready to start auditions for X-Factor as each hopeful came on stage and introduced themselves. But it was something so much better…
They were actually getting ready for the Shanghai regional final of the Chinese national Jigsaw championships. Quite a sight to see, and by the miracle of digital photography you can see it too!
The chef has officially left Japan. The food was good and all that, it was just time for a change, you know…
So, to mark the ocassion and because we have a few new pics to share, click here to see the Chef leaving Japan and arriving in China.
Including the time the Chef met big scary Chef in Osaka. Enjoy.

Like most kids growing up in the 80’s, Adam dreamed of being like Michael J Fox in Back to the Future with a cool car that could travel in time, a crazy scientist for a friend and always beating the bully and getting the girl.
Sadly for Adam it wasn’t to be. Of course when he was 29 he would eventually emulate the great Michael J Fox, but it wouldn’t be as Marty McFly, it would be as Teen Wolf.
But hey, Teen Wolf was a bit of a dude too. Wasn’t he??
Can you spot Adam?
